Some wireless carriers have their own standard such as: Text messaging plans, allowing a certain number of incoming/outgoing messages. The mobile device is "out-of-range," Memory capacity has been exceeded, Subscriber 'busy' for short messaging. The mobile number you entered is incorrect.
